When did you find your voice? Eric Williams (Level I, Musical Theatre) and Josie Seghers (Level I, Theatre Design) have just begun their studies at the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA). Eliana Casas (Level IV, Culinary) and Grace Morse (Level IV, Creative Writing) are preparing to go to college after spending four years at NOCCA.
